Hack schooling allowed from 7:00am until 8:15am.

For safety reasons, absolutely NO JUMPING during hack schooling.

Unjudged schooling warm up rounds will take place throughout the day - 18" after class 6, 2' after class 23, 2'6" after class 41 and 3' after class 52. Schooling warm up rounds will use Course C. Please register for the schooling round- $10 fee per warm up round.

California Warm Ups permitted ALL DAY at the beginning of each jumping class. California Warm Up round must follow class course. California Warm Up (Horse and Rider) must qualify for class entered. Please register for the California Warm UP - $10 fee per warm up round.

Ring maintenance from 8:15 - 8:30am. Ring must be cleared at 8:15am.

Leadline: Open to riders 6 years and under, as of December 1, 2009. Rider not eligible for any other classes.

Pre-Short Stirrup: Open to riders 10 years and under, as of December 1, 2009, who are not secure at the canter. May only cross enter to Short Stirrup Walk / Trot.

Short Stirrup: Open to riders 14 years and under, as of December 1, 2009, in their first or second year of showing. Rider may not cross enter into any class with jumps higher than 18". Fence height 18".

Long Stirrup: Open to riders 15 years and over, as of December 1, 2009, in their first or second year of showing. Rider may not cross enter into any class with jumps higher than 18". Fence height 18".

VHSA Short Stirrup Hunter: Open to riders 12 years and under, as of December 1, 2009. Riders or pony may not cross enter into any other division excepting Pony Pleasure. May cross enter into Non-VHSA divisions. Fence height 18".

Pleasure: To be judged on manners, suitability, soundness and way of going. A horse may only enter one pleasure division. Junior and Adult Pleasure classed may be combined depending on entries.

Children's Hunters: Open to riders 18 years and under, as of December 1, 2009, mounted on horses. Fence height 2'6".

Adult Amateur Hunters: Open to adult amateurs mounted on horses. Fence height 2'6".

Unrestricted Hunters: Open to riders or horses regardless of age or experience. Fence height 2'.

Baby Green Hunters: Open to horses and ponies in their 1st or 2nd year of showing. Fence height 18".

Green Hunters: Open to horses in their 1st or 2nd year of showing. Fence height 2'6".

Working Hunters: Open to all horses and ponies. Fence height 3'.

Open Equitation on the Flat: Open to any junior or adult amateur competitor on a horse or pony.

Pony Hunters: Open to any pony 14.2 and under. Junior riders only.

VHSA Associate Child / Adult Medal: Open to children or adult amateurs to show over a course of jumps and on the flat. If enough entries, this class may be split. Must have 3 rider course completions to obtain VHSA points.

VHSA Medal: Open to current members of the VHSA, shown over a medal course and pay an additional $5.00 VHSA fee. Must have 3 rider course completions to obtain VHSA points.
